Bradley Birth of Maine

I hold both private and group Bradley Method Natural Child Birthing Classes in Maine covering the area from Bangor to Kittery. Natural Child Birthing Classes help couples obtain their goal of natural childbirth through a 12 week class to prepare for a natural birth. Following along with a provided work book, couples will cover all aspects of childbirth. Including: nutrition, exercise, being more comfortable during pregnancy, the coaches role, introductory information about labor and birth, advanced techniques for labor and birth, complications, cesarean sections, postpartum care, breastfeeding and caring for your new baby. These are only a sample of what is covered in your 12 week course.

I also provide doula services for my students in Maine at a discounted rate.
